AREA has many years of experience in the active portfolio and asset management of real estate investments totaling CHF 1.5 billion. The real estate portfolio is diverse, both in terms of use and geographic allocation.

Investment Management
Since 2015, AREA has completed transactions with a total value of over CHF 500 million – including asset deals (sale and lease-back transactions) and in-kind capital contributions. More than 50 properties have been acquired across Switzerland, including residential and commercial buildings, development projects and land with potential for development.

Project Development
Since 2015, AREA has developed real estate projects with an investment volume of about CHF 450 million and has managed them through various stages of the process. These include innovative projects in the residential, commercial and retail sectors.

Property Management
AREA managed demanding commercial and residential properties with an investment volume of over CHF 500 million for several years. The actively managed properties comprised around 150,000 m2 of office, commercial and storage space as well as 300 apartments.
