Assembly of an investment group with commercial properties
AREA assembled an investment group with commercial properties in Switzerland on behalf of a real estate investment foundation. The properties acquired include existing buildings and several new construction projects with different uses such as light industrial, office, retail, logistics and production. A total of 17 properties with an investment volume of around CHF 280 million were acquired.
