Project development with conversion and new construction in the city of Zurich
The project was developed on a former industrial site in Zurich Albisrieden and offers 80 apartments and several commercial spaces. The aim was to convert and add floors to as many of the existing buildings as possible. The new buildings adopt and further develop the existing urban fabric at the interface between the residential neighborhood and the industrial area. The project was designed by op-arch.
